How caller verification works

Robocallers and spam dialers don't answer questions or read text messages. People do. SpamBlocker uses that difference to sort one from the other.

1. Someone unknown calls

   Anyone already in your contacts or your approved list rings through as normal.

2. They get a short code

   Our receptionist answers, explains the check, and texts or reads the caller a one-time code.

3. They send it back

   The caller replies with the code by text or enters it on their keypad.

4. The call goes through

   Verified callers reach you. Everyone else is quietly turned away and can't leave a message.
