Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ultimate Enterprises LLC ("we," "us") collects through the SpamBlocker app and its caller verification service, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to people who use the app and to people who call or text a SpamBlocker user.
Information we collect
From app users:
- Phone numbers and times of incoming calls and texts, used to decide whether to screen them.
- Numbers you approve, block, or report as spam.
- A random device identifier used to limit abuse and count each spam report once.
- Your contacts list is read on your phone to let your contacts ring through. It is not uploaded to our servers.
From callers to a SpamBlocker user:
- Your phone number and the time of your call.
- Your reply to the verification code (the code you text back or enter on the keypad).
- If you pass verification and the SpamBlocker user doesn't answer, a voicemail you choose to leave.
How we use information
- To screen calls and texts and connect verified callers.
- To send the one-time verification text described in our SMS Terms.
- To score numbers for spam from community reports.
- To classify text messages and voicemails as spam. Some of this is done automatically, which can include an artificial intelligence service acting on our behalf.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
We never sell phone numbers or use them for advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run SpamBlocker, and only as needed to do so:
- Our phone carrier partner, which places and receives calls and sends verification texts.
- Our cloud hosting provider, which stores data on our behalf.
- An artificial intelligence provider that helps classify spam messages, when our spam word list can't decide.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep information
Call and verification records are kept only as long as needed to run the service and prevent abuse. Voicemails are deleted from our servers after they are delivered to the SpamBlocker user's app. Community spam scores are kept as long as the number continues to be reported.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and request limits to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any SpamBlocker text to stop receiving verification texts.
- App users can clear their lists in the app or uninstall it at any time.
- To ask what we hold about your number, or to have it deleted, email info@ultimate-enterprises-llc.com.
Children
SpamBlocker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
